These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PersiaVPN, operated by Gulf Digital Portal ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to the PersiaVPN Android application and all related services.

Our Privacy Policy, available at persiavpn.sbs/privacy-policy, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PersiaVPN, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of PersiaVPN complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2 Description of Service

PersiaVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service for Android devices using the V2Ray (VLESS/VMess) protocol. The service:

• Encrypts your internet traffic between your device and our servers.
• Masks your IP address to enhance online privacy.
• Provides access to servers in multiple geographic locations.
• Offers both free and premium server tiers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3 Eligibility

PersiaVPN is available to users who:

• Are 13 years of age or older (16 in the EU/EEA).
• Are not located in a country where VPN usage is prohibited by law.
• Are not on any government-sanctioned list of prohibited persons or entities.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using a VPN is legal in your country or region. We do not encourage or condone the use of PersiaVPN in any manner that violates applicable laws.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use PersiaVPN only for lawful purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Protecting your privacy on public Wi-Fi networks.
• Bypassing geographic content restrictions where legally permitted.
• Securing your internet connection from surveillance.
• Accessing the open internet in regions with censorship.

5 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use PersiaVPN to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Conduct unauthorized access to computer systems (hacking).
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Engage in copyright infringement or piracy.
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
• Access child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content.
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes.
• Violate the rights of any third party.
• Resell or redistribute PersiaVPN services without authorization.

6 Free & Premium Plans

6.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides access to Netherlands and United States servers at no cost. Free plan users may experience:

• Shared server bandwidth with other free users.
• Potential speed limitations during peak usage periods.
• Access to a limited number of server locations.

6.2 Premium Plan

Premium subscribers receive access to all server locations, priority bandwidth, and enhanced performance. Premium features are subject to availability and may change over time.

6.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Servers may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.

7 Payments & Refunds

7.1 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual).

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until the period ends.

7.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Google Play support or visit Google Play's refund page.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PersiaVPN — including but not limited to the application code, design, logos, trademarks, and text — are owned by Gulf Digital Portal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PersiaVPN for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application.
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on PersiaVPN.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

PersiaVPN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

We do not warrant that PersiaVPN will bypass all forms of censorship or content filtering in all jurisdictions.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gulf Digital Portal shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of PersiaVPN in violation of local laws.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PersiaVPN at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your use of PersiaVPN at any time by uninstalling the application and cancelling any active subscriptions.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive termination.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify Premium users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
• Display an in-app notification for all users.

Your continued use of PersiaVPN after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
